By booking a trek or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Booking and Payments:

a. Reservation and Payment: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment is due before the commencement of the trek. Failure to make full payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

b. Payment Methods: We accept payments through various methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment options. All payments are processed securely.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

a. Cancellation by the Participant: If you need to cancel your trek, please refer to our cancellation policy, which outlines any applicable fees and refund conditions.

b. Cancellation by the Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify any trek for reasons including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative or a refund.

3. Health and Fitness:

a. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and have the physical fitness required for the chosen trek. It is advisable to consult a healthcare professional before undertaking strenuous activities.

b. Medical Information: Participants must provide accurate and complete medical information to the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals with health conditions that may endanger themselves or others.

4. Code of Conduct:

a. Responsible Travel: Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes responsible and sustainable travel, respecting local cultures, customs, and the environment.

b. Guide Instructions: Participants must follow the instructions and guidance provided by the trek leader and other staff members during the trek for their safety and the safety of the group.

5. Travel Insurance:

Participants are required to have valid travel insurance that covers trekking activities, medical emergencies, and trip cancellations. The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the trek.

6. Liability and Release:

a. Assumption of Risks: Trekking involves inherent risks, and participants acknowledge and assume these risks. The Company is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or inconvenience caused during the trek.

b. Release of Liability: Participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its employees, guides, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, and expenses.

7. Changes to Itinerary:

The Company may modify trek itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Government of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of Master Himalaya Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd.
