Procedure for booking the trip
1. Choose your Trip
We have several tour and trekking packages on our website. You can choose one of them and if it does not suit your requirement you can click on Customize My Trip or directly contact us for customization and we will send your required tailor-made program through email. If you decide to choose the program from our site, you can click on Make an Inquiry, and the form will appear where you are required to give your personal information like name, email, address, contact number, arrival and departure date etc and at last you can leave message regarding your questions, queries and other information. Once you submit the filled up form, it will automatically forward to our email and we reply you back and continue our further process.
Once we both agree the bookings we will go ahead for payments. To confirm your bookings you are require to pay 30% advance as per our company policy.
You have two different ways for making payment
I. Online payment by credit card (subject to 3% fee)
II. Bank Transfer

3. Payment of remaining Balance
The remaining balance will be paid at the Master Himalaya office in Kathmandu at the time of your arrival. You can pay cash or pay by credit card. Credit card in Nepal is subject to 4% fee in Nepal.
