Everest Base camp Heli tour (Helicopter Tour) offers you a chance to explore Everest in a short time. From Kathmandu, it takes just one and a half hour to reach the Base Camp and Kalapatthar via a chopper. The whole journey to the Everest Region and back is filled with high altitude flight adventure and mountain views. You land on Kalapatthar and witness Mount Everest at an altitude of 5545 meters.
Master Himalaya’s helicopter tour starts from Tribhuwan International Airport from domestic terminal. As soon as the heli takes off, one can enjoy the magnificent sight of mountains in the north.
We fly above high hills, low valleys, through narrow mountain passes, and eventually towards the famous airstrip in Lukla. A heli tour to Everest base camp and back takes from three to four hours for its completion.
Stunning views of Ganesh Himal, Langtang Himal, Mt. Manaslu, Mt Cho-Oyu, Mt. Lhotse and Jugal Himal along with several other mountain peaks and hilltops keep us busy during the whole tour. Unbelievable..!! extremely brilliant tour. One must try while visit in Nepal. I was on my business trip, I and my husband decided to have an extraordinary trip but initially, we don\'t have any idea where to go. It was an awesome experience to Everest Base Camp through Helicopter. I booked a group joining helicopter tour as I am a solo traveler it was the convenient option. The whole trip was great shared many laughs and had a lovely breakfast at Hotel Everest View. All the crew members are very supportive. Highly recommended
-Even though we fly 5/6 Pax from Kathmandu, we will do two shuttles with each 3 Pax from Pheriche (Place in Everest Region). If you are more than 3 there will be two flights from Pheriche to EBC each carrying not more than 3/3 persons. This allows you to enjoy the Great views from your Seats.
- All helicopter tours will be operated through Airbus 350 Series.
- The Passenger Weight limit from Kathmandu to Lukla is 450 Kg’s in Total. While the weight limit is Only 210 kgs in Everest Base Camp/Kalapatthar. This is another region for making two shuttles from Pheriche for more than 3 Pax.
- Everest is cold but at the same time it’s sunny and very windy. During the winter months, September – February, You will need warm clothes with thermal worn inside. Make sure you have something that blocks wind too. Gloves, Sun Glasses, Neck Mufflers, Nice comfortable warm shoes, are other important things not to the forger. Before leaving the Hotel, you might want to put cold cream in your face.
While, during the summer months, March-August, Warm clothes with wind stoppers and nice shoes can work. Sunglasses and face cream should not be forgotten.
