Nar phu trek is wild and unexplored. It starts from Chamje going to Dharapani, Koto, Meta and then to Phu and Nar village. You also cross the Kangal La Pass towards and Ngwal and to Manang. Nar phu trek will give you the absolute experience of pristine valley that have settled down lost in the mountains. Their cultures and their lifestyle, different from others are worth experiencing. The views and the scenery across the trek are just breath taking. The natural formation of rocks and the centuries old monasteries across the trail will catch your eyes leaving you wanting to see more.During this 17 Day Nar phu trek, you will enjoy all your days fully. A day for exploration of Nar village has been maintained to explore its culture and lifestyles. The inhabitants of these villages are Bhotias meaning the people related Tibetan culture.

Day 03: Drive Kathmandu to chamje (1310m): 8-9 hours
Day 04: Trek chamje to Dharapani (1,960m): 7-8 hours
Day 05: Trek Dharapani to Koto (2,610m): 5-6 hours
Day 06: Trek Koto to Meta (3,560m): 7-8 hours
Day 07: Trek Meta to Phu valley (4,250m): 6-7 hours
Day 08: Exploration at Phu valley (Acclimatization)
Day 09: Trek Phu Valley to Nar Phedi (4,110m): 5 - 6 hours
Day 10: Trek Nar phedi to Nar village (4,110m) : 3-4 hrs
Day 11: Acclimatization and preparation at Nar village
