Bhaktapur is the royal palace of of old Bhaktapur kingdom. The architecture of this Bhaktapur palace was designed during licchavi period between 9th - 18th century. Bhaktapur is known as city of devotees or Bhadgoan and it lies 20 KM east of kathmandu.

Datterey Temple: It was built from the trunk of single tree
Nyatapola temple: Five storey pagoda with the lion gate and is the tallest temple.
